Travelzoo admits their error and will refund us!

Two days after sending our angry letter, I received this email from Travelzoo:

Dear Ms. V,

We're sorry to hear that this deal did not work out for you. Given the circumstances, we can certainly accommodate your refund request. Given when your purchase was made, we will have to refund you with a check by USPS mail. Please respond back with your mailing address as well as your sister 's and we can process your refund. You should receive the check in the next 2 - 3 weeks.
